Strength From the Inside Out

Therapy doesn’t have to feel stuffy or confusing. If you’re ready to say the hard things, dig in, and start making real changes, you’re in the right place.
My goal is to help you help yourself by recognizing your unique strengths and building on them. When you choose me, you’re getting more than compassionate care. You’re gaining a partner in growth, with tools, support, and honest guidance to help you thrive. This is a space where your goals matter, your story is honored, and your progress is real.

Hi, I’m Ashley.
I’m a licensed independent social worker, and I’ve been in practice for almost 7 years. My approach to therapy is honest, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you find real solutions. I’m not here to sugarcoat or judge, I’m here to walk alongside you as you untangle the hard stuff, build on your strengths, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Clients often tell me they feel safe to be themselves in our work together. I bring a calm, grounded presence, a healthy dose of humor when it fits, and a deep belief in your ability to heal and grow. Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me soaking up sunshine, walking in nature, lifting weights, or chasing moments of peace and real connection.
Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck, my job is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped to handle what comes next.

Explore therapy options tailored to what you need. Whether you’re working through anxiety, trauma, or just feeling stuck, I offer approaches that meet you where you are. Every method I use is chosen with purpose, to help ease stress, support emotional balance, and move you toward lasting change. Below you will find a sampling of modalities that I am trained in.

Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy helps clients process traumatic experiences by combining emotional support with practical tools. It emphasizes safety, resilience, and rewiring unhelpful thoughts that keep trauma alive.
Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on restructuring negative thought patterns, promoting emotional resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.
Person-centered therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and acceptance. It supports clients in exploring their experiences, building self-trust, and fostering personal growth in a safe and nonjudgmental space.
DBT blends mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. It’s especially helpful for managing intense emotions, building stronger relationships, and creating a life that feels more balanced and in control.
Relationships are an important part of our lives, but they can also be challenging. Couples counseling creates a space to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection. I draw from proven approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help partners better understand themselves and each other. Whether you’re dating, married, or somewhere in between, therapy can help you navigate challenges and grow together.
Stress is a natural part of life, but when it builds up, it can take a serious toll on your mind and body. In therapy, we’ll get clear on what’s fueling your stress and work on strategies to help you manage it in a way that actually fits your life. Using tools from CBT, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, you'll build skills to feel more steady, focused, and in control.
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at time of session. No payment plans are provided.
If you are unable to attend a session for any reason, you must make modifications or cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
There are benefits to both self-pay and using insurance, and I’m here to support whatever works best for you. Self-pay gives you more control over your care, no insurance networks, session limits, or required diagnoses. It also offers greater privacy and flexibility to focus on anything that matters to you, even if it’s not considered “billable,” like relationship struggles, personal growth, or life transitions. On the other hand, using insurance can make therapy more affordable and accessible for many people. If you're not sure which route is right for you, I’m happy to talk through your options and help you make an informed choice.

With a mix of experience, empathy, and honesty, I help clients build emotional resilience and feel more like themselves again.
